Privacy Policy

GULITRAVEL (gulitravel.com) is an online travel guide to Georgia. We also connect travelers with independent local driver-guides — we are not a travel agency or tour operator, and we are not a party to any arrangement between you and a driver. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the site and how we handle it.

We collect data in only two ways:

Contact / driver-guide connection form — when you write to us through the form, you voluntarily provide details such as name, email, phone, travel dates, number of travelers, requested destinations and notes. This information is used solely to reply to your enquiry and to forward your details to a local driver-guide who will then contact you directly.

Stay22 affiliate cookies — when you click an accommodation link, Stay22 sets a tracking cookie to attribute bookings, allowing us to earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Stay22 does not share your personal data with us.

Form enquiries are sent to us by email at info@gulitravel.com. We do not maintain a database of personal details on the site itself, and we do not collect or store payment-card details — payments, if any, are handled separately and off-site. We keep the enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the request and connect you with a driver-guide.

The site does not use Google Analytics or any similar behavioural tracking tool. The only cookies are the Stay22 affiliate attribution cookies, which load only after your first interaction with the page. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The hosting provider may keep technical server logs (IP address, browser type, access time) for short periods for security, attack prevention and health monitoring. We do not control these logs and do not use them to identify individuals.

We do not sell, rent or share the data you provide with third parties for marketing. Form data is forwarded only to the local driver-guide we connect you with, so they can contact you directly; any further arrangement is solely between you and the driver.

Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law 5741-1981, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us: info@gulitravel.com

The site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

The site links to external websites (hotels, booking platforms, tours). We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices; we recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policy of each external service.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. We may update it from time to time; the date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision.
